The Loblaws/One Company project involved the development of an online 360° assessment to capture, process, and output data provided by participants. It included a workspace for users to log in and access the assessment, as well as an administration area to manage the program and track results.
Loblaws is committed to a major leadership development strategy across its various banners and divisions. The purpose is to ensure they have the appropriate leadership capacity and capability recruited, developed and retained to continue growing and mobilizing the changes in the business over the next few years.
