Insightful Interactivity: Using Multimedia to Cultivate Development

UIM's multimedia education platform was used as the foundation for an exciting
bilingual online curriculum promoting leadership and management development.
The site offers key information on effective leadership, as well as a series of
tools to assist managers in excelling in their role. In addition to the
intuitive front-end, the system also includes a feature-packed administration
area built on UIM's CMS, which uses a MS Sequel Server 2000 database.
With head offices in Toronto and Montreal, UIM effectively communicated with
the Bell teams in both cities through face-to-face meetings and online
collaboration sessions using Webex technology. A final consideration was the
partnership with Mercer Delta Consulting (content designers) and UIM
(instructional design, technology development) to deliver innovative content
effectively over the Web.
