Insightful Interactivity: Using Multimedia to Cultivate Development

UIM's STRATUS Series , our toolbox of educational technology, was used as the foundation for an exciting online curriculum promoting leadership and management development. In addition to providing 360­ assessments on participants, the course also includes a number of fun Bell-related exercises to help foster growth and development throughout the corporation. The course was integrated into Bell's Sigal Enterprise System and featured scoring, reporting and certification mechanism. To help participants get the most out of the online material, it was divided into pre-work and post-work, with the division marked by an in-class session facilitated by our development partner, Mercer Delta Organizational Consultants.
