To assist in the orientation and training of a national sales force, Global sought to develop online tutorials on topics such as ergonomics and office furniture functionality. As a means of demonstrating the many features of the company's office chair line, UIM created a series of multimedia presentations that employed sound, video and animation. Benefits and features were presented using memorable, visual representations instead of just text.
