To assist Lexmark in launching its national resellers road show, UIM's creative
services and RSVP system was employed. The custom branded database system
allowed Lexmark to manage any number of corporately sponsored events by sending
out email invitations from which invitees could quickly and easily RSVP online.
Full reports were automatically generated. The database also tracked such
details as invitees who have not viewed the invitation or clicked on the
accompanying link, knowledge which helped direct follow-up phone calls from the
sales representatives to increase event awareness while saving valuable time.
