To facilitate the growth and development of the organization's staff, UIM's STRATUS Series of educational tools was used to create a collaborative assessment environment for the client. With our development partners, Mercer Delta, a blended learning program was established where participants engaged in a reflective self assessment, invited others to anonymously evaluate them and access a series of valuable reports to be discussed in a workshop.
