change within the company. Based on material developed by organizational
consultants, Mercer Delta, the website consists of valuable resources and
automated assessments to provide immediate insight and an exciting learning
experience for users. It was integrated into Pharmacia's existing Intranet to
facilitate access and maintain consistent brand presentation.
