With several locations across the Greater Toronto Area, Reprodux Digital
Printing is a leader in the reprographic print industry. The company recently
commissioned UIM to create a robust application that serves as a central
project and document management centre for its clients. Specifically, this
application acts as a resource space, assisting architects and engineers in
managing their building projects and project drawings online while having the
ability to submit documents directly to Reprodux print queues at any of its six
locations. Client Server Application integration was required to effectively
link the web component with the location print queues. Additionally,
collaboration tools such as a task list, calendar, and discussion board all
contribute toward making this project area a powerful development solution.
