R.T. Sunday has been catering to the printing needs of the Richmond, Virginia community for over 88 years. In 1999, the company approached UIM for website redesign and the creation of a secure client log-in area that provided access to an online store and real-time chat between R.T. staff, just to name a couple of the features. As a part of the e-commerce component, UIM was presented the task of integrating the online database to their existing inventory systems. This ensured that clients were always accessing accurate information and avoided any possibility of error. The project has been successfully functioning for the last couple of years and continues to serve as a definitive competitive advantage for the company.
