The project involved the development of a bilingual 360-degree multisource feedback mechanism to roll out to the client's locations across Canada. It successfully automated the task of collecting and processing feedback for individuals as a part of their performance review.
To aid in the North American launch of the latest Tamagotchi ® digital pet, UIM created a highly interactive microsite targeting children between the ages of 8 and 12 years. Supported by a grassroots marketing campaign, the site has been hugely successful and continues to generate significant traffic through its viral marketing components.
UIM conceived and developed a skills assessment for the University of Toronto Co-op Management department to help students identify areas of strength and areas requiring improvement. It is the first item in a series of online tools that will help accelerate student development through self study.

Kewl International, the U.S. marketer and distributor of KEWL hockey-based apparel, selected UIM to develop the online strategy and corresponding website to showcase its expanding line of premium sports apparel. Crossover Promotions (www.crossover-promotions.com) was created to give fans of Allen Iverson a place to access the NBA superstar and come together as a community. The official Iverson fan site includes a fan club, special memorabilia, and up-to-date Iverson news and events among other items. The Loblaws/One Company project involved the development of an online 360 assessment to capture, process, and output data provided by participants. It included a workspace for users to log in and access the assessment, as well as an administration area to manage the program and track results.

UIM is pleased to announce the launch
of http://www.mipps.com,
the redeveloped website for the award-winning firm and Canadian
leader in wireless technology. MIPPS was one of the first
companies in Canada to use fixed wireless technologies to
conveniently and cost-effectively meet a full range of communications
and e-services needs of organizations of all sizes.
UIM was brought in to create a website that helped to explain
wireless broadband and the associated advantages in addition
to simply marketing their product and service offering.
This was in part achieved by the creation of a series of
presentations assembled in Flash. These animations provide
visitors to the site (as well as the sales and technical
staff) a visual tool to clearly explain and illustrate the
technology, advantages and installation processes to all
of their stakeholders. The site also included an Administration
area to allow MIPPS to maintain their press release section
in house.
UIM is pleased to announce the completion
of an online resource to assist Pharmacia Canada employees
deal with change within the company. Based on material developed
by organizational consultants, Mercer Delta, the website
consists of valuable resources and automated assessments
to provide immediate insight and an exciting learning experience
for users. It was integrated into Pharmacia's existing Intranet
to facilitate access and maintain consistent brand presentation.

of our online event RSVP system now in use by Lexmark Canada.
This database system will allow Lexmark to manage any number
of corporately sponsored events by sending out email invitations
from which invitees can quickly and easily RSVP online.
Full reports are automatically generated. The database will
also be able to track details such as invitees who have
not viewed the invitation. This knowledge can help direct
follow-up phone calls from the sales representatives to
increase event awareness while saving valuable time.
UIM's multimedia education platform was
used as the foundation for an exciting online curriculum
developed by strategic partner, Johnston Smith International.
In addition to providing 360 degree assessments on participants,
the course also includes a number of fun Bell-related exercises
